Hello Friends! Here is my tardy update!
I still work at Target in Quakertown. I am currently awaiting pay grade interviews and a second
assignment in either Logistics or HR. The best part about that is that I may not even have to stay there
long enough to find out what position they would offer me. Because…
I passed my TCRG in August and am teaching (with Stacie) at O’Grady Quinlan (OGQ). Even more
exciting is that I was able to capitalize on the closing of a former dance school near Lansdale, PA, and
I have opened my own branch of OGQ. I currently have about 20 students at my new location, and am
in the process of negotiating a rental agreement with a new place to hold classes. If all goes well, I’ll be
adding beginner classes in January or April and growing the location! And if I’m lucky, I will be able to
quit Target soon enough and get some of my life back.
I moved into my own apartment. Still in the Lehigh Valley, but I am definitely starting to feel more like a
grown up with every bank account crumbling rent payment And best of all, I don’t drive my awful Ford
any longer. I have a Mazda 3 from this century!
And if you have ever followed my niece/nephew count, the current count is 10 nieces and 4 nephews.
I’ve thought about looking into the cost of having a spin off show with the Duggars. However, Jim Bob
has expressed that we need a few more immediate family members in order to qualify and we would
need to change all of their names to begin with the letter J. I think my 3 year old CEO-to-be niece would
start World War III if I tried to change things up on them, so I think I’ll keep teaching dance and bag the
idea.
Hope you are all doing well!
